Neil Abraham


Neil Abraham
President, Realty Income International, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Abraham is responsible for the company’s international investments, as well as its global credit and real estate research. As Chief Strategy Officer, he supports the Chief Executive Officer and senior management in developing the company’s growth strategy, which includes leveraging technology initiatives such as predictive analytics using machine learning and AI. Mr. Abraham is a member of the company’s Investment Committee that oversees US and international investments.
Background
Mr. Abraham joined Realty Income in 2015 and served as Chief Investment Officer until 2018. He was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in May 2018 and President, Realty Income International in 2022. Prior to joining Realty Income, Mr. Abraham was a Portfolio Manager at Alliance Bernstein for eight years, investing in companies across multiple industries and asset classes including retail, consumer and real estate. Before that, he was an Associate Principal for McKinsey & Company, and Vice President, Fixed Income & Credit Derivatives at Salomon Brothers (later Citigroup).
Mr. Abraham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Michelle Bushore
EVP, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Secretary
Ms. Bushore oversees the various legal aspects of the company, including compliance with all laws, regulations and requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange. She provides oversight and a legal perspective for the acquisition, leasing and sale of properties. She also oversees the company’s Sustainability Department.
Background
Ms. Bushore joined Realty Income in 2021 as EVP, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary. She most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. ("Caesars"), a position she held from June 2019 to August 2020. Previously at Caesars, Ms. Bushore served as Senior Vice President, Chief Governance & Transactional Officer, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel from October 2018 to June 2019. Prior to joining Caesars, she held various roles at Monsanto Company, from November 2013 to September 2018, most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Monsanto, as well as Chief Legal Officer of The Climate Corporation. Earlier, she was in private practice with Latham & Watkins LLP.
Mark Hagan
EVP, Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Hagan is responsible for executing the company’s investment activities, including overseeing the company’s Acquisitions Department and serving on the company’s Investment Committee.
Background
Mr. Hagan joined Realty Income in May 2018 as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Realty Income, Mr. Hagan worked for approximately 20 years as a New York-based real estate investment banker, advising public and private real estate companies on a wide variety of transactions including property acquisitions and dispositions, entity-level combinations, and capital markets assignments. Most recently, Mr. Hagan served as Managing Director for RBC Capital Markets, LLC, where he covered real estate companies, including Realty Income. Prior to his tenure at RBC, he served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Director at Merrill Lynch & Co.
Mr. Hagan holds a BA from Duke University, an MBA from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a JD from New York University School of Law.



Shannon Kehle
EVP, Chief People Officer
Ms. Kehle manages the corporate talent system to maximize employee engagement and potential, including sustaining and amplifying the company culture, attracting and retaining the right talent, and implementing meaningful best practices. She also oversees the company’s Corporate Responsibility initiative.
Background
Ms. Kehle joined Realty Income in 2014 as Vice President, Human Resources, was promoted in 2019 to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and was promoted in 2022 to her current role, Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer. Before joining the company, Ms. Kehle worked for several publicly traded companies in the clean technology, media and gaming, and wholesale distribution industries. Prior to joining Realty Income, she served as Vice President, Human Resources at Maxwell Technologies (NASDAQ: MXWL), a global technology company. Previously, she was Vice President, Human Resources at NTN Buzztime (AMEX: NTN), an interactive entertainment company. Having enjoyed the last 25+ years in the human resources field, Ms. Kehle has a passion for helping people manage the diverse passages that can be encountered in the work environment and impacting top-and bottom-line organizational results.
Ms. Kehle graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. A life-long learner, she has continued to develop her expertise in the human resources field, obtaining several certifications, and has maintained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation. More broadly, she served on the Board of the National Human Resource Association, San Diego Chapter from 2006 – 2010.
Jonathan Pong
EVP, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer
Mr. Pong oversees the company’s accounting, internal audit, finance operations, and corporate finance functions. He joined Realty Income in 2014 and most recently led the company’s capital markets, investor relations, financial planning and analysis and derivatives functions as SVP, Head of Corporate Finance. Before joining Realty Income, Mr. Pong was a Vice President in Equity Research at Robert W. Baird, covering the retail net lease and shopping center industries. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Audit & Assurance practice covering engagements in the real estate, financial services and software industries.
Mr. Pong graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He earned his MBA from the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
He is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
Sumit Roy
President & Chief Executive Officer
As the President & Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Roy’s primary responsibility is to perform as a fiduciary for our shareholders in fulfilling our mission to provide monthly dividends that increase over time. This responsibility involves overseeing all of our operations, as well as creating and executing on the company’s strategy. The implementation of our strategy involves constant monitoring of the economic environment, analyzing factors that can impact our operations, and doing what is required to generate investor returns, while mitigating the risks that are taken to achieve those returns.
Background
Mr. Roy has served as Realty Income’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2018 and President since 2015. Mr. Roy previously served as Realty Income’s Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2018. As COO, Mr. Roy oversaw the Company’s investments and business operations, including Acquisitions, Dispositions, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Information Technology, Internal Audit and Human Resources. He also served as the Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Management Team.
He joined Realty Income in 2011 and was promoted to Chief Investment Officer in 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Roy was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank where he worked for seven years. During his tenure at UBS, he was responsible for more than $57 billion in real estate capital markets and advisory transactions. Prior to joining UBS, he worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, and as a Principal in technology consulting at Cap Gemini.
Mr. Roy has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Mr. Roy serves as an independent member of Ventas, Inc.'s Board of Directors. He also currently serves on the Executive Board and the Governance Committee for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Gregory J. Whyte
EVP, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Whyte oversees the various components of real estate operations at the company, including asset management, development, and real estate technology functions.
Background
Mr. Whyte joined Realty Income in 2023 as EVP, Chief Operating Officer. He most recently served as a Senior Advisor in the Real Estate Leisure and Lodging Investment Banking group at UBS Securities. Previously, he was a Managing Director, Global Head of Real Estate Equity Research at Morgan Stanley. He is an independent director at Orion Office REIT Inc. and served as an independent director of TIER REIT, Inc.
Mr. Whyte received a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Finance degree from the University of Natal and an honours degree, Advanced Business Finance from the University of Natal.

Michael D. McKee
Non-Executive Chairman
Michael D. McKee has been Realty Income’s Director since August 1994 and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since February 2012.
Michael D. McKee is a Principal at The Contrarian Group (March 2018-present). Mr. McKee previously served as Executive Chairman of HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) (May 2016-February 2018), Chief Executive Officer of Bentall Kennedy (U.S.), a registered real estate investment advisor (February 2010-April 2016) and was the Vice Chairman (1999-2008) and Chief Executive Officer (2007-2008) of The Irvine Company, a privately-held real estate investment company, as well as its Chief Operating Officer (2001-2007), Chief Financial Officer (1997-2001) and Executive Vice President (1994-1999). Prior to joining The Irvine Company, Mr. McKee was a partner in the law firm of Latham & Watkins (1986-1994). Through each of these positions, Mr. McKee has obtained extensive real estate experience and provides valuable insight and expertise to the Board and our senior management team. He has served on the board of directors of HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) (1987-April 2018), Bentall Kennedy (U.S.) (2008-2012), First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF) (2011-present), the Tiger Woods Foundation (2006-present), The Irvine Company (1998-2008) and Hoag Hospital Foundation (1999-2008).
In addition to being the Non-Executive Chairman of Realty Income’s Board of Directors, Mr. McKee is a member of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation and Talent Committee.
Priscilla Almodovar
Director
Priscilla Almodovar has been Realty Income’s Director since November 2021.
Ms. Almodovar is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Fannie Mae. She also serves as a member of the U.S. Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Almodovar held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Community Partners. Prior to Enterprise Community Partners, Ms. Almodovar held the position of Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase, where she led its national real estate businesses which focused on commercial real estate and community development. Before JP Morgan, she was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the New York State Housing Finance Agency/State of New York Mortgage Agency. Prior to that, Ms. Almodovar was a corporate partner at the global law firm, White & Case LLP where she specialized in international project finance. Ms. Almodovar served as a director of VEREIT, Inc. from February 2021 through the closing of its merger with Realty Income in November 2021.
Ms. Almodovar received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and her B.A. in Economics from Hofstra University.
Ms. Almodovar is Chair of Realty Income’s Audit Committee.
Jacqueline Brady
Director
Jacqueline Brady has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 2021.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Brady is a Managing Director and Head of Global Debt Solutions at PGIM Real Estate. Ms. Brady also serves on the firm’s US Debt Executive Council. PGIM Real Estate manages over $180 billion in real estate debt and equity strategies globally. Prior to joining PGIM in 2017, Ms. Brady held numerous executive roles in real estate investment management, investment banking and structured finance at firms including JP Morgan, Nomura Securities, and Capmark Investments. Ms. Brady also co-founded Canopy Investment Advisors, an SEC-registered investment advisor. Since 2009, Ms. Brady has served on the Investment Committee of the Board of Managers of Haverford College with responsibility for management of the college’s endowment. Previously, Ms. Brady served on the Board’s Audit, Property and Finance Committees. Ms. Brady is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Global Exchange Council and Chairs the Publications Committee for the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
Ms. Brady has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Haverford College and a master’s degree in international economics and international relations from the Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Brady is a member of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee.



A. Larry Chapman
Director
A. Larry Chapman has been Realty Income’s Director since February 2012.
He is a retired 37-year veteran of Wells Fargo, having served as Executive Vice President and the Head of Commercial Real Estate from 2006 until his retirement in June 2011, and as a member of the Wells Fargo Management Committee. Mr. Chapman joined Wells Fargo in 1974 in its Houston Real Estate office. In 1987, he was promoted to President of Wells Fargo Realty Advisors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. The subsidiary's primary responsibility was managing Wells Fargo Mortgage and Equity Trust, which was formed in 1970 and sold in 1989. He remained President of Wells Fargo Realty Advisors until 1990, and was promoted to Group Head of the Wells Fargo Real Estate Group in 1993. Mr. Chapman managed the Wells Fargo Real Estate Group until his 2006 promotion to Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Real Estate for Wells Fargo on a nationwide basis.
Mr. Chapman is a former board member of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, past governor and trustee of the Urban Land Institute, former member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit), and member and past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He previously served on the board of directors of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CBL). Mr. Chapman is a graduate of Texas Tech University with an undergraduate degree in finance.

Reginald H. Gilyard
Director
Reginald "Reggie" H. Gilyard has been Realty Income's Director since July 2018.
Mr. Gilyard is currently a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG) where he is a recognized leader in strategy development and execution (2017-present). Prior to this role, Mr. Gilyard served as Dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University (2012-2017). Under Mr. Gilyard's leadership, the school significantly increased its national rankings at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior to joining Chapman University, Mr. Gilyard served as Partner and Managing Director at BCG where he led national and multi-national engagements with large corporations in strategy, M&A, and business transformation (1996-2012). Prior to BCG, Mr. Gilyard served nine years in the U.S. Air Force as a Program Manager, and was then promoted to Major in the U.S. Air Force Reserves where he served for an additional three years.
Mr. Gilyard currently serves on the board of directors of First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF) (2017-present), CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) (2018-present), and is the Board Chair for Pacific Charter School Development, a 501(c)(3) real estate development company serving low income families in urban centers across the United States. Mr. Gilyard holds a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.S. from the United States Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mary Hogan Preusse
Director
Mary Hogan Preusse has been Realty Income’s Director since November 2021. Ms. Hogan Preusse served as a board member of VEREIT from February 2017 to the closing of the merger and currently serves on the board of Kimco Realty, Digital Realty Trust, and Host Hotels & Resorts. She is also a Senior Advisor to Fifth Wall, the venture capital firm. She is a member of NAREIT's Advisory Board of Governors and is a recipient of that organization's Industry Achievement Award. Most recently, Ms. Hogan Preusse held the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Americas Real Estate at APG Asset Management, US., where she was responsible for managing the firm's public real estate investments in the Americas. Prior to APG, she spent eight years as a sell side analyst covering the REIT sector and she began her career at Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst.
Ms. Hogan Preusse is a graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine with a degree in Mathematics and is a member of Bowdoin's Board of Trustees.

Priya Cherian Huskins
Director
Priya Cherian Huskins has been Realty Income’s Director since December 2007.
She is Senior Vice President and Partner at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., a commercial insurance brokerage firm (2003-present). Prior to Joining Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., Ms. Huskins served as a corporate and securities attorney at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (1997-2003). She has served on the advisory board of the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance since 2012 and the board of directors of Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. since 2016 and NMI Holdings, Inc. since 2021. She previously served on the board of directors of Anzu SPAC 1 (n/k/a Envoy Medical, Inc. (2021-2023), Silicon Valley Directors' Exchange (SVDX) (2013-2018), and the National Association of Corporate Directors, Silicon Valley Chapter (2006-2013).
Ms. Huskins is Chair of Realty Income’s Compensation and Talent Committee and is a member of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee.
Jeff A. Jacobson
Director
Jeff A. Jacobson has been Realty Income’s Director since February 2024.
Jeff A. Jacobson is a retired Global Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle Investment Management, the real estate investment arm of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. serving in the role from 2007 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as LaSalle's European Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2006. Previously, Mr. Jacobson served in various leadership positions with LaSalle and Security Capital Group, Inc., a real estate holding company. Mr. Jacobson has over 35 years of real estate investment experience. Specifically, during his tenure at LaSalle, he sat on three regional investment committees in North America, Europe and Asia. He has investment expertise in a variety of geographic markets, asset sectors, investment structures, and risk-return strategies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Cadillac Fairview Corporation, which he joined in 2022. Cadillac Fairview is an owner, operator, investor and developer of office, retail, multi-family residential, industrial and mixed-use properties in North America and is wholly-owned by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Mr. Jacobson is also a Senior Adviser to The Vistria Group, a private investment firm focused on investing in essential industries such as healthcare, financial services and housing.
Mr. Jacobson holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Master of Arts degree from the Food Research Institute from Stanford University.
Mr. Jacobson is a member of Realty Income's Audit Committee.
Gerardo I. Lopez
Director
Gerardo “Gerry” I. Lopez has been Realty Income’s Director since July 2018.
Mr. Lopez was previously an Operating Partner and Head of the Operating Group for Softbank Investment Advisers. Prior to this role, Mr. Lopez served as Operating Partner at High Bluff Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in consumer-facing companies, and Executive Chairman of Quiznos, Inc. which is privately owned by High Bluff Capital Partners. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Extended Stay America, Inc. and its paired-share REIT, ESH Hospitality, Inc. (paired together as NYSE: STAY), the largest owner/operator of company-branded hotels in North America (2015-2017). Mr. Lopez also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC), the top global theater operator, where he led the reinvention of the customer theater experience (2009-2015). Prior to AMC, Mr. Lopez held various positions including Executive Vice President of Starbucks Coffee Company (NASDAQ: SBUX) and President of its Global Consumer Products, Seattle’s Best Coffee and Foodservice division (2004-2009), and President of the Handleman Entertainment Resources division of Handleman Company (2001-2004). Mr. Lopez has also held a variety of executive management positions with International Home Foods (1997-2000), PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) (1986-1996), and the Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) (1983-1986).
Mr. Lopez currently serves on the board of directors of CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) (2015-present), Newell Brands (NYSE: NWL) (2018-present) and OYO Hotels (2020-present). Mr. Lopez holds a B.A. from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Gregory T. McLaughlin
Director
Gregory T. McLaughlin has been Realty Income’s Director since June 2007.
Mr. McLaughlin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the PGA TOUR First Tee Foundation, a subsidiary of the PGA TOUR and World Golf Foundation (2018 – Present). Mr. McLaughlin was formerly President, PGA TOUR Champions and Executive Vice President with the PGA TOUR in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida (2014-2018). Prior to joining the PGA TOUR, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of TGR Live and the Tiger Woods Foundation in Irvine, California (1999-2014); Vice President of Business Development of the Western Golf Association / Evans Scholars Foundation (1993-1999); and Vice President of Business Development of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce (1988-1993).
Mr. McLaughlin is a member of Realty Income's Audit and Compensation and Talent Committees.
Sumit Roy

Sumit Roy has been a member of the Board of Directors since October 2018.
Mr. Roy has served as Realty Income’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2018 and President since 2015. Mr. Roy previously served as Realty Income’s Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2018.
