We believe the net lease business model is transferable across property types, which makes our investment opportunities limitless. Realty Income owns 12 vineyards leased to Treasury Wine Estates in Napa Valley. This portfolio of assets illustrates a transaction outside of our traditional asset class that creatively fits our investment criteria and has generated attractive returns.
