Michelle Bushore has been appointed to EVP, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary.
Ms. Bushore will join the company on February 8, 2021 and will report directly to
Sumit Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Michael Pfeiffer, the company's current EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary will remain with the company through June 30, 2021, serving as EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, to assist with the transition.
