Realty Income Announces Commencement Of Public Offering Of Common Stock

SAN DIEGO, April 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock. The offering is being made in conjunction with the company's inclusion in the S&P 500 index, which is expected to occur after the close of trading on April 6, 2015.
