What I Do

As the Facilities Coordinator, I maintain building operations and provide the necessary materials/supplies to our staff so that they are able to be productive and efficient in their respective functions. One of my most important duties is to process all of the requests for information about the company from investors and shareholders.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 2000 and have always been the Facilities Coordinator, a job I really enjoy because I get to know and work with all of our staff. Before joining the company, I was a church pastor, which provided me with the people skills required to take care of the needs of our staff. Having worked with hundreds of people over the years, I can truthfully say that it’s a pleasure to work at Realty Income since it’s more like a big family that gets along really well.

On a personal note, I’m the youngest of 11 children by just four minutes. I have a twin sister who is the youngest of my 10 sisters. Some of us used to sing together while doing dishes when I was quite young. Now, at times, I sing quietly while carrying out some of my responsibilities at Realty Income and have had the opportunity to sing at a few of our company functions.

Other Interests

Music has always been an important part of my life, and singing is how I express my love of music. I also love getting out in nature, camping and hiking when I have the chance.

Riding mountain bikes with my wife, backpacking and hiking in the Sierras.
