What I Do

As the head of the Information Technologies department, my team is responsible for managing and maintaining all computer networks and systems for the company. We provide the technology resources that our team members require to do their jobs, as well as troubleshoot technology issues that may arise from time to time with our employees. Our department takes pride in providing the technology services that are required to keep The Monthly Dividend Company^© engine performing well.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 1984 and served in a variety of technology positions prior to being promoted to Vice President in 2007. Before joining Realty Income, I worked in several administration, management information systems and computer programming positions for various companies in Southern California. All of these positions allowed me to continue to hone my technology expertise and stay on top of the rapidly changing technology environment.

Professional Organizations

I belong to several software user groups that are integral to maintaining awareness of changes and improvements in software and information technology. On a personal level, I volunteer for my local humane society for animals.

What Motivates Me

After 26 years at Realty Income, I still love working here. My position in Information Technology is always challenging and rewarding, so it is a pleasure to come to work every day. I also understand that what my department does helps everyone else in the company do their jobs well.

Other Interests

I love all animals, especially dogs. I also enjoy both snow and water skiing, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Favorite Activities: Swimming and playing basketball and volleyball with my daughter
