What I Do

As a Senior Vice President in real estate acquisitions, my primary responsibility is to uncover real estate acquisition opportunities that create shareholder value, and helps fuel our revenue growth to support the payment of increasing dividends over time. This involves cultivating relationships with larger, investment-grade companies, as well as exploring other potential real estate investment areas that the Company has yet to pursue.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 2011. Prior to joining the Company, I was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank for seven years, where I was responsible for over $57 billion in real estate capital markets and advisory transactions. Prior to that, I was a Manager with Meadwestvaco, an Investment Banking Associate with Merrill Lynch, and a Principal with Cap Gemini. As a Principal with Cap Gemini, I advised senior management from multiple industries on reengineering their business processes to gain efficiencies and effectiveness.

My experience as an investment banker with UBS provides me with the expertise to craft and implement specific real estate investment strategies for Realty Income to pursue, while my work as a technology consultant could contribute to the future development of various technology and process initiatives for Realty Income.

I graduated from Georgia College & State University, and the University of Georgia, with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science, respectively. I also hold an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
