Priya Cherian Huskins has been our Director since December 2007.

She is Senior Vice-President and partner at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., a commercial insurance brokerage firm (2003-present).

Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., Ms. Huskins served as a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a law firm (1997-2003). She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Silicon Valley Chapter, since 2006.

Ms. Huskins is Chairperson of our Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of our Strategic Planning Committee.
