What I Do

As a member of our senior management team, I work with portfolio acquisitions regarding all of the legalities associated with acquiring new properties for our real estate portfolio. I also work with portfolio management on re-leasing properties at the end of their lease term and with the legal documentation involved in our occasional property sales. One of the areas I enjoy the most as a senior executive is mentoring and developing the talents of various staff members in both the Legal and Portfolio Management departments. The most important contribution I make is to create a supportive and enjoyable work environment and, at the same time, work hard to maximize the cash flow generated by our real estate portfolio.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 1985 and worked in investor services before becoming an attorney and joining our Legal department in 1994. Prior to working at Realty Income, I held various accounting positions with Southern California savings and loan associations. These positions taught me how to analyze and make important decisions quickly and effectively.

I graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and am a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of California.

Other Interests

My interests are varying and widespread as I enjoy walking, hiking, horseback riding, pack trips, traveling and exploring, pets, volunteering, and fund-raising.
