What I Do

As a financial relations manager, I'm primarily responsible for communicating with registered investment advisors to inform them about the benefits of monthly dividends from Realty Income. I also serve as a source of information about the company to our shareholders who call in with questions from time to time.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 2002 and have always served as an investor contact for the Company. Prior to joining Realty Income, I was a financial advisor and administrative manager for two different brokerage firms. In these positions, I learned a great deal about investments of all types, as well as some of the administrative tasks that go along with owning shares of a public company. This background has served me well in my current position as I understand how important a solid and reliable investment can be to an investor. I also have insight that has been helpful to our shareholders when they have questions about their Realty Income shares held at a brokerage account. In addition, my training at the brokerage firms helps me to communicate information in a concise, easy to understand manner. My most important role, however, is helping to fulfill our business plan goal to tell as many people as we can about The Monthly Dividend Company^® every year.

I graduated from Wooster College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
