What I Do

As a leasing and dispositions associate, I work with our Western Region leasing and disposition team to assist with lease and sale activity, including renewals with current tenants, as well as providing overall analysis of property performance for this region. I also conduct site visits and inspections. Our focus is on keeping our properties leased to quality tenants and maintaining high occupancy in order to generate the cash flow that supports the payment of monthly dividends.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 2010 as a research associate and was promoted to my current position in 2011. Prior to joining the Company, I worked at The Dolce Group and as a paid intern at UBS Financial Services. In these positions, I learned how to work in an efficient environment where a small number of people were responsible for making significant bottom line contributions. I also learned the value of hard work and integrity. I attended the University of Southern California (USC) where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis on international business and real estate finance. While at USC, I was also very involved in non-profit consulting and other business organizations.

Other Interests

I love to travel and have been to over a dozen countries, but I plan to travel to many more. I also have a love of music and collect vinyl records as well as play the piano. Volunteering is of interest to me, and I plan to volunteer for micro-credit organizations that help San Diego businesses. I am also a third-generation Eagle Scout, behind my father and grandfather.

Favorite Sport or Activites

I play soccer, kickball, golf and enjoy running. I also enjoy watching baseball, football, and soccer, as well as the playoffs of any professional sport. I taught myself to cook in college and still enjoy cooking for friends.
