What I Do

As a manager in charge of investor outreach, I'm responsible for communicating with the investment community both in person and on the telephone, to inform them about the benefits of monthly dividends from Realty Income. In the broadest sense, I see myself as providing the opportunity for investors to learn more about a way to create and sustain an acceptable standard of living in retirement using monthly dividends.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 1987 and served in a variety of investor relations and marketing positions prior to my current role. I feel my most important contribution to Realty Income is being part of our yearly business plan to tell as many people as we can about The Monthly Dividend Company^®.

Other Interests

I enjoy the study of economics and the financial markets. I also enjoy fishing with my son and growing succulents in my garden.
