What I Do

As a leasing and dispositions associate, I work with our Eastern Region leasing and dispositions team to assist with lease and sale activity, including renewals with current tenants, as well as providing overall analysis of property performance for this region. Our focus is on keeping our properties leased to quality tenants and maintaining high occupancy, which is key to generating the cash flow that supports the payment of monthly dividends.

Background

I joined Realty Income in 2008 as a research associate and was promoted to my current position in 2009. Prior to joining the Company, I attended the University of Southern California (USC) where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Minor in marketing.

I love to travel and have backpacked through Europe, Southeast Asia, and Peru. I am also an avid reader and enjoy all of the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer.
