David Butterfield
David is Manager of Investor Outreach and handles day-to-day questions for both shareholders and the financial community. He has been with Realty Income for more than 15 years and is very knowledgeable about our industry and company history and performance.

Steve Perraud
joined Realty Income in January 2005 as Manager of Financial Relations for the investment community. Steve’s experience includes IPO consulting for the Natural Golf Corporation, Equity trading for a New York proprietary fund and 20 years in the Treasury Bond Futures pit on the floor at the Chicago Board of Trade. He currently holds Series 7, 55 and 63 licenses.

Michael Sullivan
is a Financial Relations Manager for Realty Income. He joined the company in November of 2003 and brings seven years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Realty Income, Michael was a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch. He also worked for Medina Consulting in Tokyo, Japan, where he was a Financial Services Senior Consultant and in the Cal West Business Development Group for Charles Schwab & Co. Michael has held Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
