Paul M. Meurer is executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Realty Income, positions he has held since he joined the Company in 2001. Prior to joining Realty Income, Mr. Meurer was a director in Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Real Estate Investment Banking Group(1992 - 2001), a real estate consultant with General Atlantic Partners(1991) and worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at Goldman Sachs & Co(1987 - 1990). Mr. Meurer also serves as an officer of Crest Net Lease.
