Priya Cherian Huskins has been a director since December, 2007. She is senior vice-president and a partner at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., a commercial insurance brokerage firm (2003 - present). Prior to her current position, she was a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati law firm (1997-2003). She has served on the board of directors of The National Association of Corporate Directors, Silicon Valley Chapter, since 2006. MS. Huskins is a member of our Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
