Kristin Ferrell is Associate Vice President, Portfolio Management. She joined Realty Income in 1997 and served as Portfolio Management Administrator and Director, Asset Management prior to being promoted to her current position. Prior to joining Realty Income, Kristin was with the commercial brokerage firms of Business Real Estate and CB Commercial Real Estate. She graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.
