Steve Burchett is Associate Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at Realty Income. He has been a transactional lawyer since 1984 and has been with the Company since April, 2004. Prior to joining Realty Income he worked at several law firms as a real estate and corporate attorney. Most recently he spent 13 years as in-house counsel to a closely-held San Diego based company where his practice focused on real estate-related transactions, including purchase and sale, commercial leasing, land use, project entitlements and finance. Mr. Burchett earned his B.A. degree in Business, with a real estate emphasis from California State University, Fullerton and his J.D. from the Santa Clara University, School of Law. Mr. Burchett is a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of California.
