Jayne Strand is Senior Portfolio Management Administrator. She joined Realty Income in 1997 and served as an Accounting Clerk and Portfolio Management Administrator until she was promoted to her current position in 2003. Prior to joining Realty Income, she worked as an Accounting Manager and earned an Associate Arts degree in Accounting from Fresno City College. Lorena Duran is Senior Portfolio Management Administrator for Realty Income. She joined the company in early 2002 and served as Portfolio Management Administrator and Administrative Assistant for Portfolio Management and Accounting Finance until she was promoted to her current position. Prior to joining Realty Income, Lorena worked for Pacifica Enterprises as Office Manager and Assistant Property Manager. She is currently working on her Associate Arts degree with emphasis in Real Estate at Mira Costa College. Melissa DePonte is Portfolio Management Administrator for Realty Income. She joined the Company in March 2005 and served as Administrative Assistant before being promoted to her current position. Melissa holds an Associates Degree from Palomar College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University, San Marcos. Becky Aarestad is Portfolio Management Administrator for Realty Income. She joined the Company in August 2007 and served as an assistant in the legal department before becoming a Portfolio Management Administrator in October 2007. Prior to joining Realty Income, she worked as an Administrative Support Assistant at California State University, San Marcos.
