We have paid monthly dividends throughout our 39
-year operating history and have regularly increased the amount of the monthly
dividend since becoming a public company in 1994. The following depicts the
steady increase in the amount of the dividend since 1994.
Realty Income also pays monthly dividends on its Class D Preferred Stock
(NYSE:"OPrD"), Class E Preferred Stock (NYSE:"OPrE"), and monthly interest on its Monthly Income Senior Notes (NYSE:

Our transfer agent, BNY Mellon, generally mails IRS Form 1099 on the
last business day of January each year. The following table contains
information on the taxable portion of dividends paid during 2007.

Dividend reinvestment is provided at most major brokerage firms. Due to the
costs involved and the limited number of shareholders who would like to
reinvest dividends and don't have access to a brokerage account, Realty Income
has no plans to implement a corporate dividend reinvestment plan.
