Patrick Rea is Director of Property Management. Prior to being promoted to this position he was a Regional Acquisitions Director. Pat has been with the company since 2005. Pat has 20 years of real estate and retail operations experience. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Real Estate at Farmer Boys Foods, Inc. Pat graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Greg Libby is Senior Property Manager for Realty Income. He joined the Company in 2009. Greg has over 15 years of retail commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Realty Income, he worked for Islands Restaurants (2006 to 2009) and Wall Street Property Company (1994-2006). Greg graduated from University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and earned a Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Autumn Bidwell is Senior Property Manager for Realty Income. She joined the company in 1997 and served as Office Coordinator, Portfolio Management Administrator and Property Manager until her promotion to her current position in 2001. Autumn's area of responsibility includes our properties located in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. Autumn graduated from California State University, Chico, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Social Science. Kevin Martinez is Property Manager for Realty Income. He joined the company in 1988 and served as Property Manager for a 500,000 square foot industrial project located in San Diego. Kevin was promoted to Property Manager in 2004 and his area of responsibility includes our properties located in the Western and Southeastern United States. Prior to joining Realty Income, he worked in the building industry. Kim Aaron is Property Manager for Realty Income. She joined the company in 2009. Kim has over 10 years of commercial property management experience. Prior to working for Realty Income she managed retail centers and office buildings for a third party management company, and worked as an asset manager for a private real estate holder. Kim’s area of responsibility includes all CAM properties as well as our properties in the Western region of the United States and Florida. Kim is a graduate of University of California, Riverside where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
