The common stock of the Company is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “O.” The following table shows the high and low sales prices per share for our common stock as reported by the New York Stock Exchange composite tape, and distributions declared per share of common stock by us for the periods indicated.

(1)Common stock distributions currently are declared monthly by us based on financial results for the prior months. At December 31, 1999 a distribution of $0.18 per share had been declared and was paid on January 18, 2000.
