As The Monthly Dividend Company® our primary goal is to provide dependable monthly income to shareholders. We do this by acquiring and owning real estate that generates dependable lease revenue, which we distribute to shareholders as monthly dividends. Currently we own and manage a real estate portfolio of over 2,600 properties located in 49 States.
