REALTY INCOME PRICES $100 MILLION OF 5-7/8% 30-YEAR SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS
ESCONDIDO, CALIFORNIA, March 8, 2005Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income), The
Monthly Dividend Company®, (NYSE:O) today announced the pricing of $100 million of 5-7/8% senior unsecured bonds due
2035. The price to the investor for the bonds was 98.296% of the principal amount for an effective yield of 5.998%. These
securities are expected to be rated BBB by Fitch Ratings, Baa2 by Moody’s Investors Service and BBB by Standard & Poor’s
Ratings Group. The net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay borrowings under the Company’s $250 million
unsecured acquisition credit facility and for other corporate purposes.
The joint-book running managers for the offering are Banc of America Securities LLC and Citigroup. Senior co-managers
include Credit Suisse First Boston, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Wachovia Securities. Other co-managers include: A.G.
