Portfolio Management Team
Realty Income's Portfolio Management team is responsible for actively managing approximately $3.4 billion in real estate assets. The team is divided into three separate departments consisting of the Leasing and Sales Group, the Asset Management Group, and the Lease Administration Group.

The Portfolio Leasing and Sales Group handles lease renewals, re-leasing of properties and sales of Company's real estate properties in the portfolio.

The Asset Management Group oversees the day-to-day operations of our net-leased properties.

The Lease Administration Group is responsible for collecting lease payments from the various retail chains who lease our properties.
