Western Region |

Dawn Nguyen is Vice President, Portfolio Management,
for Realty Income. She is responsible for managing the Company's real estate assets located in 14 states
comprising the Western Region. She joined the Company in August 2001 serving as an Associate Vice President
for Retail Research until May 2005 when she became Associate Vice President, Portfolio Management. Prior to joining Realty Income, she
was a financial and real estate consultant for such firms as KPMG, Arthur Andersen, and Realty Income.
Ms. Nguyen also has 6 years of banking experience, including several years at Bank of America as a commercial
lending officer, and is a former Series 7 licensed bond trader. She graduated from San Diego State
University with a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance.

Janeen Bedard is a Leasing Director for the Portfolio
Management Department of Realty Income. She is responsible for helping to manage the Company's
real estate assets comprising the Western Region. She joined Realty Income in June 2006 as a
Research Associate conducting real estate due diligence on properties under consideration for
acquisition. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California (USC)
where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

Eastern Region |

Elizabeth Cate is an Associate Vice President,
Portfolio Management. She is responsible for managing the Company’s real estate assets
located in 34 states comprising the Eastern Region. Prior to joining Realty Income in 2001,
she was an analyst with a real estate investment partnership in Del Mar, California, as well
as a project manager with Intracorp, a Seattle-based real estate development company. Elizabeth
graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban
Planning and from San Diego State University with a Master of Business Administration in Real
Estate Finance.

Brandon Anderson is the Leasing Director for Realty Income's eastern
region portfolio. Prior to his current role, Brandon was the Portfolio Management Analyst and
also served as Acquisitions Associate, responsible for real estate site analysis. Prior to
joining the company in 2005, Brandon was a Senior Real Estate Analyst for the CoStar Group
and an investment advisor with Genesis Securities. He graduated in 1998 from Point Loma
Nazarene University with a BA in Business Communications.
