Mark Manheimer is Director in Retail Research. Before joining Realty Income, Mark worked as an Analyst at Wachovia Secuities, as a Senior Analyst at Patriarch Partners, a hedge fund focusing on distressed investments, and as a Consultant at FTI Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida in Finance and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
