William Gunter is a Regional Acquisitions Director for Realty Income. He joined the company in 2004 and served as Manager, Financial Relations prior to being promoted to his current position. William has 15 years of sales and finance experience including employment as an investment advisor for PaineWebber and as a partner in a venture capitalist firm. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
