Benjamin N. Fox is an Associate Vice President, Acquisitions Director for Realty Income. Prior to being promoted to this position in December 2008, he was an Acquisitions Director, Financial Sponsors and Banking. Prior to joining the company in 2007, Ben was an Associate at a boutique merchant banking firm in Santa Monica, CA. Before his merchant banking experience, Ben worked in investment banking for JPMorgan's Natural Resources Group in New York. While at JPMorgan, he completed numerous M&A and corporate finance transactions for steel, chemicals, energy and diversified industrial companies. Ben began his career as a Financial Analyst with J.P. Morgan & Company in its Private Sale Advisory Group focusing on sell-side transactions for privately-held companies. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Policy Analysis and Manangement.
