- Senior Management Team
Realty Income's senior management team consists of eight persons who are responsible for conceiving the strategic direction of the Company,
generating business operating plans, managing the company's assets, and overseeing, monitoring and measuring operations.
- Board of Directors
Realty Income's board of Directors is comprised of seven individuals, six of whom are independent, outside
directors. Donald R. Cameron is
Chairman of the Board, Thomas A. Lewis is Vice Chairman and CEO of the Company.
The independent directors are Kathleen R. Allen Ph.D.,
Priya Cherian Huskins,
Michael D. McKee,
Gregory T. McLaughlin, and
Ronald L. Merriman.

- Real Estate and Net-Lease Specialists
Realty Income's real estate and net-lease specialists are responsible for initiating business relationships with the retail chains, real estate brokers,
developers and portfolio owners with whom we seek to do business. They are also responsible for overseeing the net-lease transaction process and
maintaining positive long-term relationships with these customers.
- Portfolio Management People
Realty Income's Portfolio Management Team is responsible for actively managing the Company's $3.2 billion in real estate assets.
- Legal Department People
Realty Income's Legal Department (our nice lawyers) is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the Company's real estate transactions as well as matters
pertaining to public company life.
- Financial Department People
Realty Income's Finance Department is responsible for managing the Company's finances as well as monitoring and reporting on our financial
progress. The Finance Department consists of six individuals and is run by our Vice President and Controller, Greg Fahey.
- Research People
The Research Department is responsible for monitoring and reporting on retail trends, industries and companies, as well as retail real
estate markets, demographics and individual acquisition opportunities.
