Patrick Rea is Director of Asset Management. Prior to being promoted to this position he was a Regional Acquisitions Director. Pat has been with the company since 2005. Pat has 20 years of real estate and retail operations experience. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Real Estate at Farmer Boys Foods, Inc. Pat graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Autumn Bidwell is Senior Asset Manager for Realty Income. She joined the company in 1997 and served as Office Coordinator, Portfolio Management Administrator and Asset Manager until her promotion to her current position in 2001. Autumn's area of responsibility includes our properties located in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. Autumn graduated from California State University, Chico, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Social Science. Kevin Martinez is Asset Manager for Realty Income. He joined the company in 1988 and served as Property Manager for a 500,000 square foot industrial project located in San Diego. Kevin was promoted to Asset Manager in 2004 and his area of responsibility includes our properties located in the Western and Midwestern United States. Prior to joining Realty Income, he worked in the building industry. Kevin graduated from Mission Bay High in San Diego. Deborah A. McDaniel is Asset Manager for Realty Income. She joined the Company in 2001 and joined the Portfolio Management team in 2002 serving as Senior Portfolio Management Administrator before being promoted to her current position. Prior to joining Realty Income she worked in Retail Sales Management for over ten years. She attended California State University at Long Beach and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with an Associate Arts degree in Merchandise Management.
