Senior Vice President, Asset and Portfolio Management
As Senior Vice President, Asset and Portfolio Management, Mr. Fox’s primary responsibility is to oversee the company’s real estate portfolio activities. In this capacity, he leads a team responsible for corporate leasing, dispositions, incremental value creation, and the active monitoring of the portfolio’s performance. Mr. Fox and his team help to define the company’s long-term strategy for its real estate portfolio. He is also a member of the Investment Committee, which reviews and approves all property investments.
Mr. Fox joined Realty Income in 2007 as an Acquisitions Director; was promoted to Associate Vice President, Director of Strategic Initiatives, then to Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. From Strategic Initiatives, Mr. Fox transitioned to Vice President, Asset Management, before his December 2015 promotion to his current role. Prior to joining Realty Income, Mr. Fox worked in investment banking at JPMorgan, and in merchant banking at Cappello Capital.
Mr. Fox graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
